| Laurentz : i will describe there the realisation of 2 series, one full, and one not finished yet. | |
The first one is named Absolute Decadence. That's a serie based on smashmethod 3D renders. The goal was to make me more familiar with the abstract 3D techniques. The universe of these renders has toppled over the serie in a vision of the world's future, ours or one totally unknown, it depends of your imagination. | |

AD01 first.DREAM “ This space module could be compared to the system which rules the world, after an overloading, in short a general fed up, the module explodes, the system exploses and the decadence begins. The chosen atmosphere had to be dark and dynamic at the same time. Dark for the vison that we can have of an obsolete system, and dynamic to represent the explosion of the system, the sudden change to the hope of a better world. ” |

AD02 next.REALITY “ As a result of the explosion, the world is revolted and overthrowed. The decadence stills carry on, the system had hit rock-bottom to rebirth in a new world. Here, on the same principle, the atmosphere had to be dark, but to the difference of the added dynamism on the first picture, the warm colour had to represent the human's hope. ” |

AD03 bionical.FUTURE “ The decadence and her work made, the new world has appeared. But what a world, what an universe, one more time the hope of a perfect world has gone away. Under a new shape, the system has came back...letting a future decadence to come... This time, the atmosphere had to be cheerful, totally in contradiction with the vision that people discover through this new world. A happy world outwardly, but not different from the previous one, except for the shape. ” |

SEVEN.DEADLY.SINS_ANGER “ The anger. Imagine a man full of anger against his wife. What should be the extrem idea? the death ! You'll have to notice that the result is just a thought at this moment, the fact to realize it or not is not really important, the result of the anger is reached. The anger has coming up to a point that even the idea of a crime is conceivable. The atmosphere of the picture is dark and violent. Dark to increase the black side of the idea and violent to let conceive the worst. ” |

SEVEN.DEADLY.SINS_AVARICE “ The avarice. Here, the result of the avarice is not describe on the circle of family and friends of the person, but rather on the person.This picture represents the forced misery, the sadness to live with that failing resulting from the avarice. The atmosphere is sad to show how the avarice can create a bad way to be, for the others but especially for yourself at the end. ” |

SEVEN.DEADLY.SINS_SLOTH “ The sloth. This picture was the hardest to do. In fact, to represent the sloth, i had to be lazy myself, and create a minimalistic picture. Adding only brushes effects wasn't correct, this picture had to represent the result of the sloth. So the idea was to imagine a man (me for example) who is thinking about "what to do now ?", and the answer is simple... "Nothing! It tooks me about some minutes to finish this work, and the result is correct, not unbelievable but correct, sorry if i am lazy..." ” |
